Free Diagnostics! Yes, we started the service in 2005 with our opening. The owners of Extreme Systems traveled from store to store before starting wanting to get an idea of the type of service residents of Central Texas had been experiencing. They were shocked to learn most stores of the time charged $30-$70 just to look at a computer, and often with days of delay until their technician had a chance to get to it. Since then we have continued to provide a Free Diagnostic service to every customer, and have enhanced this with a Promise Time for that diagnostic to be completed.
