The owner and staff of Extreme Systems are great, enthusiastic folks that went way way beyond anything I am accustomed to when it comes to "customer service." The Owner took a look and helped me set up the BIOS for a computer I built even though I probably only bought 25% of the components at his store, however prior to those purchases he already volunteered to help me out. I really can not say enough about how awesome my experience was with Extreme Systems.
