The owner and staff of Extreme Systems are great, enthusiastic folks that went way way beyond anything I am accustomed to when it comes to "customer service."
The Owner took a look and helped me set up the BIOS for a computer I built even though I probably only bought 25% of the components at his store, however prior to those purchases he already volunteered to help me out.
I really can not say enough about how awesome my experience was with Extreme Systems.

I took my computer to extreme systems, they were very fast and courteous. explained to me what was wrong with my computer, how they could fix it and prices. very knowlegable staff, kind, courteous. had no problems with this business. definately cheaper than best buy for the same work! We will definately go back to extreme systems! :)

Just got my laptop back from the guys (and gals) at extreme systems after having the screen fixed. Loved that they did not try and talk above my head but took the time to explain in terms that I could understand what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. To top it off price better than exptected (I had gotten quotes for hundreds of dollars higher to fix the same issue) To make the whole experience complete they got the job done in less than a week (every other store told me it would be AT LEAST two weeks) Thank you guys for the great job. I am back up and working...and playing on my laptop and it looks GREAT! Totally recomend these guys.

My husband and I had the best experience here!! I wouldn't go anyhwere else. We needed a new computer badly, bought a top of the line one at best buy...went into Xtreme Computers and took the one from best buy back the same day. Greg, hooked us up with the same computer, with all the gagets/functions WE wanted and saved about $200. We even had an external hard drive that got busted while PCSing and he saved 99.9% of our info out of it. (We take a LOT of picutes) So we were really happy about that. I'm now downloading pictures, listening/downloading music, and doing my google searching without ANY hesitation from our awesome computer. They're not about conning people out of money, they even helped us understand our computer way better!! Going to get a laptop from them in the next month...see you soon!!

I was looking to build a new computer for my son so he could play World of Warcraft on his own computer and not hog-up mine and my wife's all the time. I decided to go to Extreme Systems since my buddy had told me it was a pretty good place to go to. Once I got inside I saw that this was no fly by night operation, they had up-to-date stock and quality parts. I ended up spending around $800 for the computer and it has a three year warranty which is great,HP only has like a one year warranty or something. Anyway I am very satisfied with my purchase, as is my son :) Needless to say I will be going back there for my future computer needs.

My laptop was fixed at a great pase and I had it back on the same day . The pricing and the help was generous as well. Did I mention that they looked at my system for free ?

Brought my laptop in to these guys after hearing good things from a friend. They did a solid for me and looked at my system for free. Hard drive was bad but they got me a good deal on a new one that was bigger than I had with a 3 year warranty. On top of that they got my stuff off the old one.

They were able to replace my computer and get me back up and running in less than two days. Extreme systems did what they said they would and looked at my old computer for FREE. They told me it would cost more to repair than it was worth (I thought it might) and helped me get this one I have now quicker than I expected! I love this place!

I bought a computer from Extreme back in the summer and everything has gone great until my daughter did something and my computer no longer worked. I took it and and Greg was awesome. He said that it was infected and cleaned up my computer. Then he took time and talked to both me and my daughter about ways to keep my system working well.
